Pötibörlü Cupcakeler / Cupcakes Made from Turkish Crackers

I loved the taste of these cupcakes. This is definitely my new favorite cupcake recipe. For the ingredients I substituted flour with Turkish cracker. That is why it is called "Pötibörlü Cupcakeler." Pötibör cracker is a commonly used cracker for desserts in Turkey. It is like graham cracker here in U.S. The glaze on top of the cupcakes is lemon glaze made from lemon juice and powdered sugar. Cupcake Bouquet / Cupcake Buketi

This cupcake bouquet was a gift to my daughter's teacher. Thursday was my daughter's last day of school. So, I thought this "sweet" gift would be a nice way of thanking to my daughter's teacher.

I made these cakes for my husband's end-of-semester cookie party which he organized for his students. I picked those colors since the university's colors are yellow, black, white, and red.

Esim ogrencileri icin donem sonu cookie partisi organize etti. Eeee dedim kambersiz dugun, Zeynep'in pastalari / cupcakeleri olmadan party olmaz :D Is basa dustu. Sari pastayi , 23 tane cupcake'i hazirladim. Renklere gelince, universitenin renklerini kullandim.
